Q: Where is the Horizon Events Center located?
A: The Horizon Events Center is located at 2100 NW 100th street in Clive, Iowa.
Q: How do I purchase tickets for events at the Horizon Events Center?
A: Ticket sales may vary by event. In some cases, tickets will be offered through our website. In other cases, tickets will be offered through a third-party. Check your event announcement for complete ticket purchase details.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All sales are final. No refunds are issued, unless the show is cancelled or rescheduled.
Q: Are tickets transferable?
A: Please check with the company you bought the tickets from.
Q: How old do you have to be to attend events at the Horizon Events Center?
A: Each event may have a specific age restriction. Please check the info on the event you are interested in attending before purchasing tickets. Please note that any age restricted event requires all attendees to provide a valid, government-issued photo ID showing their age. We are not able to allow parents or guardians to escort underage guests at age-restricted events.
Q: What type of payment does the Horizon Events Center accept?
A: Cash and all major credit cards. No checks please.
Q: Where do I park for events?
A: There is free public parking available at the venue.
Q: Is the Horizon Events Center handicap accessible?
A: The Horizon Events Center is ready to accommodate patrons with handicaps or other special needs. Please email info@horizoneventscenter.com with your name, event name, and all pertinent info. Prior notice is preferable for your convenience. We can accommodate last minute requests. Please stop by the Box Office upon entering and request a manager.
Q: How early can I line up for events?
A: The Horizon Events Center will not allow overnight queuing. Every location in the venue has a great view of the stage, so you don’t need to line up extra early. Queuing lines will be formed 2 hours prior to doors being opened.
Q: What can I bring into the Horizon Events Center?
A: A small purse or bag under 12” x 6” x 12” is permitted, but we encourage you to bring as little as possible. We prefer you leave your bag at home, but if you must bring your bag, it will be searched. Not bringing in a bag will expedite entry for yourself and other patrons. No camelbacks are allowed.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse entry for any bag or any item that we deem could be a security risk for yourself or other patrons. Any abandoned bags or packages will be considered a security risk and immediately removed from the venue and will not be returned.

Q: Do I need an id to enter the Horizon Events Center?
A: An ID is required for those planning to purchase and/or drink alcohol. In compliance with Iowa law, anyone 21 and older will need to show a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will not be permitted to buy, hold, or drink alcohol. ID is also required for Will Call pick-up. ID is required for any age restricted 18+/21+ events.
Q: Is there re-entry?
A: No, re-entry is not allowed.
