A variety of amenities are included in the rental:

  • 30,000 square feet of event space

  • 2 private furnished greenrooms with full bathrooms for bands or VIP guests

  • Accommodates up to 3,000 standing or 1,500 seated

  • 2,800 square feet stage offering a range of configurations and height options

  • Food prep room

  • Option for fully staffed bar and/or concessions stand

  • Black fabric draping on walls

  • Private parking lot

  • 10 x 12 ft. overhead door for easy load-in and load-out


Additional rentable services:

  • (50) 60” round tables, (10) 6/8ft banquet tables, (6) 30” cocktail tables, and (500) folding chairs

  • Cleaning during and after the event

  • Security personnel during the event

  • Off duty police officers

  • Variety of catering options
