COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

H-red smaller.png

The safety of patrons and Horizon Events Center team members, and our commitment to provide patrons the best entertainment experience possible, will be uppermost in our mind as we reopen. We will continue to practice physical distancing protocols and frequent sanitization of commonly touched surfaces during the event, per CDC recommendations. There will be additional sanitization stations placed throughout the venue and a deep clean of the entire facility after each event. Patrons may wear a mask to any of our events if they would feel more comfortable doing so.

If patrons choose to attend any events at Horizon Events Center we ask, and trust, that they will continue to emphasize good hygiene and social distancing practices and Horizon Events Center team members will do the same. Those good hygiene practices include, but are not limited to:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer, especially after touching frequently used items or surfaces.

  • Avoid touching your face.

  • Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or the inside of your elbow.

  • Disinfect frequently used items and surfaces as much as possible.

  • Strongly consider using face coverings while in public, and particularly when using mass transit.

We ask that patrons please do not attend any event at Horizon Events Center if they are feeling unwell or have a fever. In the event that a patron cannot attend an event they have purchased tickets for due to an illness, please contact the point of sale to discuss your refund options (you should be able to find this information on the email you received with your tickets).

If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of the information listed above, please email us at info@horizoneventscenter.com.
